There probably are surgeries that you could undertake, you would have to consult a plastic surgeon as I would assume those would handle it.

However there are people that go for different sizes and can take and enjoy different sizes. Now I do not know what particular size you are referring to but when it comes to bigger penises, most of the time (unless it is really too big) taking it slow helps.

Vaginas can stretch out a lot given the time and proper "motivation" (they give birth after all). Same can be said about the a much lesser extent but still doable. Though you need a lot of time, lube and dedication lol.
