I am having trouble pulling back my foreskin

I am 14 YO and i have this veiny string red thing connected to the head of penis to the foreskin, it hurts to pull back and can't take it back very far, i just wanted to make sure this isn't a problem.

14 is a bit young to be worried about this. Seems to be a very common worry in teenage boys. Go with what Goldie suggests. But like always if you are in pain go see your Doc.
