Testicle Purple/Red Spots

Hey All, I know normal to have these red/purple spots/dots on testicles but I have one that is now raised and tender to touch, uncomfortable drying after bathing. Can also be uncomfortable against underwear and if testicles are squashed I.e crossing legs, I’ll do my online doctors consultation just curious really if anyone else has had raised n tender ones. Not sure what you may have but go and get it checked out with your gp, they see this nearly every day don't be embarrassed, I would rather be embarrassed for a few minutes than be told later it is something serious, maybe just a heat rash or something, but please get it checked mate, good luck

Thanks for your replies, All ok 👍🏾 purple spots are very common doc said. Raised one he said appeared like a blood blister with scab 🙄 dr/me presume I nicked myself shaving my ball bag, cheers guys

I’m hopeless with a razor. I use depilatory cream. Works a treat. But a bit smelly.
