Hi everyone,All of a sudden at the start of this year my testicles have started riding high and my scrotum skin is covering the bottom half of my penis ?!?! Which is making the penis look smaller than it actually is which is a real physiological problem espically with me only being 20 years old. I really want to know what this problem is as it’s effecting my every day life mentally and physically. I have been circumcised which was about 8 years ago however everything was fine with my penis and testicles until this year! I’m really confused how this can happen

Scrotum skin covering bottom half of my penis HELP
I don't understand bro
Could you explain more or post a photo of it
Calm down
Have you tried pulling your testicles down
are you overweight that would cause it.
Your Testosterone levels might be returning to normal levels since you are done or almost done with puberty. For me it affected me with my flaccid penis state to become smaller. erect state was same size. This makes my penis look like it is sitting on my scrotum, perfectly normal.
What it sounds like is what's called a penoscrotal web. Affects circumcised men most of the time and hardly ever occurs in uncircumcised men. What I think happened is when your penis was growing too much tissue was removed and as a result erections pulled skin from the scrotum and caused this condition. You can stretch it for a couple years or pay a urologist to take care of it- if your webbing is bad enough it can cause condoms to break a lot easier because it lets air into the condom during sexual activity so if it's as bad as you make it out to be and your a single guy who has sex with others frequently I would look into getting this issue taken care of soon. This can be done using a z,x,y removal method which is just the type of incisions pattern thatll solve the issue. If you have insurance I would say its affecting your condom use and I'm sure they'd much rather pay a surgery than to treat for permanent STDs or injuries because of this.good luck
