Heavy tender left testicle

Hi Guys, recently I’ve noticed my left testicle feels tender to touch when showering & heavier than right one. The tubes behind have become more prominent to the touch also. Any info would be great, obviously will contact doctor when they have space. Cheers gents

Sorry can't be of much assistance but it is advisable to see your Doc' whenever you notice changes with your Testicles. So push for that appointment.

Is there any pain associated with it? Did you get hit in the balls at some point or did you just randomly notice when cleaning yourself? Any other symptoms that might be accompanying the "swelling" ?

If you can, skip the GP and go straight to your urologist then do, unless you need a referral GPs are usually a waste of time when it comes to this kind of thing.

Cheers mate, only pain is when washing, nah not hot in the balls, just randomly felt tender & sharp pain whilst washing. No swelling noticed as of yet, if anything balls are hanging a lot looser than usual. Thanks again for message

Well, balls hanging depends mostly on temperature, so they might be warmer that is why they are hanging more. Maybe its an inflammation, maybe its nothing. Don't have much personal experience with said issue except for maybe sudden sharp pain but those never lasted long nor repeated itself enough for me to worry about it. Probably best to see a doc as things like that are hard to "analyse" over a forum post.
