No it should not.

Possibly no unless the medicine react

If you drink a lot it can dehydrate you. Good hydration is important for healing. But if you are having a drink or two it should be fine, but absolutely don’t drink the day of circumcision or a couple days before or after

It is better to avoid consumption of alcohol. The healing process post circumcision generally takes about seven to ten days. At least avoid drinking alcohol for few days after surgery.
