Hi guys had a mad few days this weekend. Had stabbing pains in my back and vomiting got in touch with out of hours gp as it was a Friday night, went to the appointment explained the pain and they told me I had a kidney stone. I was sent straight to SAU in the hospital where they said my bloods were a bit off and wanted to keep me in. Day later I was getting transferred to Urology department and had a cathader fitted (not a nice feeling) and that was so they could manage amount of urine was getting passed. So finally had CT scan and the kidney stone was up top of kidney not moving so in for surgery I went and got a stent fitted. Still got pain when I pee in kidney but I'm sure that will pass, but I'm writing this as a message to anyone who thinks pain is nothing when I first had the pain I told my wife it felt like a constipation pain I'll be fine my how I was wrong!

Kidney stones are very painful. I passed one once the size of a dime. I get mine from the supps I take for working out. Try to drink more water than usual.
