Maca powder definitely makes sperm more powerful. Also very good to take daily are pumpkin seeds. They contain among others lots of zinc which is very important for sperm quality. Pumpkin seeds are also very good for keeping the prostate healthy. Good luck bro!

Before you look for a solution, you need to know what the problem is. Has that been investigated? Have you had a sperm test and has your wife been checked out?

The average time for a couple to conceive is 8 months. 2/3 fertility issues are female and 1/3 are male . I would agree with Osidge , depending on your access to resources and time you have been trying, you should seek investigations. In the UK you have to have been trying for more than a year before you are eligible for free NHS investigations .

Keep the nuts cool by putting in cold water avoid underwear and drink lots also you can do a sperm check yourself at home tests about £30

drfertility.co.uk/collectio... wank few times on first day clean out the nuts then start 2.5ltr water per day min commando to prevent heat build up causing damage cool bath to sit the balls in for times through day I used a cloth soak cold water and wrapped round them for 10 mins 4 times a day increases growth for 7 days then test you can have the odd ejaculation in between wank or sex but not with at least full day in between for time growth good luck that was all advised to my bezzy m8 in IVF clinic m8 now has 2 kids
