Go check doctor ASAP
This doesn't look good. It's probably infected very badly. Get it checked by your doctor ASAP!!
As a layperson it does look like some sort of infection.
You must get it seen to by a doc who can maybe prescribe antibiotics.
As I understand these things, it is not necessarily the case that the doc who did the op 'screwed up'.
Infections can arise even in the case of a perfectly performed procedure : the trick though is to get them dealt with as soon as they manifest.
So see the Doc or it could get much much worse.
On a related topic can I ask you how the pain was for you ~immediately after the op when the anaesthetic wore off and then subsequent days.
Were you given specific pain meds or what ? ANd did they work for the pain ?
do you mean discharge from the wound where you were cut ?
or from the penis hole itself ?
did you go to the doc yet with what you show in yr pic ?
Update 1: visited a good urologist. He said it’s infected by just looking at it, which my surgeon said nothing of that sorts. Surgeon even said it’s normal.
Anyways the urologist has asked for pus culture n few blood tests. Next appointment with test results on the 26th Of dec. will keep posting. Thank you all.
I had to do it because of extremely tight foreskin.
Are you soaking regularly in Salt bath? It really helps
Yes, or just your member in a mug of warm Salt water.... Seems to work tremendously. I'm on day 17 today
Update 2 : test result came back with bacteria infection gram negative bacilli - pseudomonas aeruginosa.
Doc has given 10 days of antibiotics CIFRAN 500.
Any help and advise will be appreciated.
how did it go after the antibiotics
Went well. All healed up now. Frenulum has some swelling but no issues.
Are you facing any issues?
I have the white stuff at the Frenulum. Not sure if its the infection, i am not taking any painkillers as i dont have pain in usual. Pain is there only at the time of cleaning the wound. So I am trying to know is it normal or not.
Did you show it to your surgeon? If the surgeon says it’s normal I would suggest to get a second opnion from another urologist.
I delayed the visit to the urologist (not my surgeon) as my surgeon kept saying my condition was normal. As soon as I visited another Urologist, he said it’s a very bad infection. Hence I would recommend you to do the things I suggested and not delay the process. Mine took 3 months to heal.
