I've not had sex in over 4 years, just reading online, signs seem to match up.

can you get an std without actually having sex? you had any oral at all? what symptoms do you have?

Apparently stds can take years to show up, or so the internet says.

I've not had any sort of sexual activity.

I can't really work it out. Some times it feels like I've got a pain in my left ball, some time it feels like my lower abs some times it's like my bell end is stinging and then some times my sack and penis feels numb.

If it's chlamydia, syphilis, Gonhorrea it usually shows up in 4-7 days though they can go without symptoms.

Same goes for herpes (some large amount never have symptoms or minor to where they think it's a pimple breakout!) And HIV which get mistaken for flu or other minor ailments.

I strongly suggest you get checked by a local STD clinic or your primary though as some minor things (bacterial or yeast infection) can mimic these STDs and pains.

Anxiety can be a huge killer too if you read up on stuff and convince yourself of something before you even have test results to prove it!!!

I went through months of mental anguish and torment thinking I had herpes or HIV or some other STD and it turned out to be a resistant yeast infection with a simultaneous staph infection to boot! Cleared up with creams and I decided to get a circ to avoid this reoccurring infection from almost ever happening again! Showed up on me in 2 days was a major clue and took about 14-21days to clear with strong antifungal creams and tablets.
