17th day post circumcision op-Is this infection at frenulum??

Hi all, I am relieved and glad that there's an online forum with people to share and find answers for our medical related problems.

I had my circumcision for phimosis treatment on 14th August 2018. First dressing was removed next day morning and other dressing was put which doc said it will come off itself, I don't need to change it. I didn't take shower/bath until next 1st week appointment and also dressing didn't fall off but got wet everytime I urinated. I was taking antibiotics namely 'cefakind 250mg' which dad bought alternative for doc's prescription, used to take morning and night.

At 1st week checkup , doc removed dressing and said it has dried but didn't check frenulum part, even I didn't see it (my bad). He said I can start having bath and no need for further dressing. He said all sensitivity, stitches will go off over time like next 2-3 weeks. Then he wrote multi vitamin tablets to take 3 times day for next 20 days.

Now I am on my 17th day, I still didn't let water hit directly my open penis, but after 8 days, I am feeling instant excruciating pain, it's when stitches at right side of head touch balls/scroutm and thus create discomfort to walk. I don't wear any underwear, just big cloth using like towel. Now I have recognised this whitish thing at frenulum and I am not even sure if frenulum is removed or not (sorry about this). Is this infection??

Ok I will consider that, but I got few doubts. Should I try sea salt bath for cleaning and quick healing and also to clean infection? I still don't wear innerwear, only frenulum part is whitish and stitches give pain while trying to walk when penis collide with balls

It will heal from inside. No external water will help. Let it remain dry

Thanks for info, please can you suggest any ointment to apply before putting gauge ?? Want to use guage as providing cushion so that I can wear innerwear cuz I can't tolerate uncertain intense pain due to stitches touching balls while I try to walk. Intense pain from it. Please help
