Corrective surgery after circumcision

My circumcision was botched big time. As you can see, this is my full erection following my procedure. You can see too much skin has been taken because the shaft skin is all gone and attached directly to my pubic area. I have an.appointment to see a urologist to see if it can be fixed. Before this I was a solid seven inches.

Going to see what the new urologist says. The fix for this isn't fun and involves skin grafts and is only partially successful.

It shouldn’t effect the length, you’re only taking the foreskin off? If anything should be slightly longer as my Frulenium was pulling it down now it’s straight. Feel for you hope you get it sorted soon.

I was in a lot of pain. After a year trying creams and lotions the medical advice was to get circumcised. A decision I deeply regret.

So sorry to hear. There is one specific steroid cream which is effective in facilitating stretching of the frenar band, and the stretching needs to follow a certain regimen to be effective. Most doctors dealing with foreskin issues are completely ignorant of such methods, so the resort to drastic measures.

Barely have any skin. There is about 7-8mm blow my glans to where it is stitched to my pubic area. When I get what passed as an erection now my shaft is hairy.

The SOB who did that to you should lose his medical license. At norm.org checkbout methods. You should find manual stretching methods which employ medical tape such as Transpore. By pulling up what you have and securing it with tape for several hours per day, within six months should have enough slack for the device to grab onto. Hi Jim. Just wanted to thank you for your advice. After months of stretching exercises I've gained back a couple of inches. I suppose it was a bit much to expect it to be back to normal in short order but I'm getting there.

Went to a specialist and showed him before photos and his advice was stretch, moisturise and masturbate.

Sorry you are going through this. Based on your other picture, you will need some reconstructive surgery to fix it. They may take a graft from your forearm similar to when they to FTM SRS surgery. Look up "phalloplasty". Don't let the doc who did this touch you again, he doesn't know what he's doing. Hopefully you'll get some compensation through legal action, but I'd focus mainly on getting it fixed if I were you. Maybe make up a one page summary of what happened with pics and send it out to some of the larger teaching hospitals to see if they will help you. Don't get down and give up, it's certainly fixable.
