Nine months after circumcision

Hello. I ve been circumcised about 9 months now. My doctor says that operation gone very well but my shaft seems all time swollen. Also under the shaft as you can see in the photo it is a tight thickened ring that i think it develops over time. When i m hard my penis looks normal by the way. Whats your opinion about these two facts ?

As long as it doesn't bother you, I think you're fine. Unique in fact, which is a very good thing. Many women, and men too, particularly enjoy a penis that has 'special' features. No; odema-swelling is not what that is.

Your operation has been completely healed for it to be 9 months later. The problem is you must have had a rough-time going thru the healing process, or your soft-tissues were horribly agitated and irritated, because you "definately" have an overscarring of the inner foreskin tissue. That can only be surgically cutoff. But that would be highly expensive because you will need an expert corrective-surgery urologist/dermatologist! It's one thing to have the shaft's skin and inner foreskin cut and stitched together. But it's a whole nother monster to cut into the inner foreskin, reduction cut some off, and then reattach the two seperate pieces of inner foreskin to themselves. Skin glue may work there better than stitches. I would hate to go thru the stitching phase all over again on the penis, now knowing how it feels when erections are almost trying to tear them apart all day, everyday😖😖😖

But yes, mnt1997 is correct, Google search: "keloid overscarring". Some people's bodies just overdo its scar tissue recovery. It normally happens within the melanated (darker complexion) ethnic groups. Like: Southeast Asia, the Pacific Islanders, Central and South America, Africa, and India.

Do you still have any pics from your earlier stages of healing. Please upload as many as possible and describe the dates or weeks of the stage. I want to see exactly when did things go wrong. Also, make sure you go see your doctor!!!!

I have no pictures of early stages but i ll make new post now of my penis erected. Thank you all very much! If I do nothing about this situation can something go wrong on my penis?

No because it has stabilized its health at this stage, and with this aesthetic look. Does having sex hurt you? If not, I can't think of any other functions of the penis that would. Urinating is very simple, and walking with underwear and pants is simple too, so is showering. I just wouldn't want that puff of tissue.

The length is about 16.5 cm when erected. My penis expands very much when its erected. Thats why maybe happens this to my foreskin.

It is excess skin that penis dont want. It got caused by the stiches

Adhesions can develop in circumcised boys if an excess of the foreskin is left behind after circumcision. They also can occur when the remaining skin is not retracted or pulled back frequently enough during circumcision care. When this occurs, the penis can appear trapped or like it disappears in the skin or fat pad.
