Hi just could you tell me m having a fungal infection in the foreskine of my penic for last 5 days m using a antifungal cream tried coconut oil nd had anti fungal capsule two in two week but now the opening of the foreskine had gone hard many cracks too much pain nd burn during urine what i need to do next for the cure do i need to cut off or is there any cure
