I was wondering if it also gets stuck when the sex or oral sex is a bit rough. Should I try streching it before going to the doctors? Because when I have sex or oral sex my foreskin peels all the way back. But when I try to do it by myself when I'm erect it feels tight and I can't really do it. But it does go

You should probably see a urologist because it can be quite bad if the foreskin gets stuck behind the head if you can't get it back over again. But yes you can try to stretch while taking a warm bath but not so hard that it is painful

Evertime that happens I have to grab the skin and kinda pull it back to place.

You can relieve the tightness by stretching the opening. Insert two fingers and pull the opening apart gently. Do that five minutes, fout times per day.
