back and chest pains

Hi, aged 73 male have just had severe pain and burning across chest and back lasted 35 mins, any had same problem 6 months ago went to hospital emergency but no

results

Usually if no result it probably considered not urgent. But I would see your Gp or if it happens again have someone take you to a Walk in Centre or ring 111.
