Im having testics pain from Last two years ,
Becoz of this , everypart of body getting unhealthy started with mind , backpain eyes, .. etc . As per doctor, nothing to worry and suggesting antibiotics and pain killers. That too for maximum 1 month. I'm unmarried 26 age . So suggesting to get married or masturbate.
I don't know , what ,how it happened . ?
Doctors also not conveying anything. Simply saying , it ll be like that . Don't worry about that. But actually it's very difficult to handle every sec. of my life.

-andrological and/or urological specialistic visit
-US scan of testicles (both!)
-transrectal (sob!) US scan of prostate (sometimes infection is in the prostate, but symptoms are in testicles)
-semen cultural examination (for possible infections)
-US scan of kidneys (sometimes testicle pain derived from kidney/ureteral disease
-looking for possible inguinal hernia
-X ray examination of abdomen without contrast (possible kidney/ureteral stones)
Discharge semen at least once a week could be a good idea. But I think you have to choose your rhythm of sexual activity (with partners or alone). More than once a day (every day) can be stressful for your genitals. So if your sexual drive is very strong, you should anyway contain yourself to once a day (exceptions are possible in special occasions!!!)
Is your urethra (the channel inside your penis) burning when you urinate or ejaculate?
