Hi I am 49 year old male , I have never suffered with this condition before , I was very sexually active until I started to suffer with this condition after taking numerous different antibiotics. I have now been suffering for approx 9 weeks with a tight foreskin which is splits and bleeds, when I urinate it burns and my urine sprays whilst I pee. I have tried numerous creams but nothing is helping . I have also recently been diagnosed as a diabetic. Any advice please ??

I am also diabetic and suffered with Phimosis for 5 years caused by my diabetes. Fungul and steroid creams worked for awhile. I am moving forward after my circumcision yesterday. Good luck with your journey.

It's important to keep the diabetes under tight control, as healing can be compromised by chronic elevated blood glucose levels. My very best wishes in resolving your condition. Take care!!

As you head into your 50s this will no doubt become a reoccurring issue. Get ahead and get circumcised. One week of discomfort as against years of constant foreskin issues.

Totally agree, plus sex with a circumcised member is so much better

Sounds like you definitely need to go to the drs.

Hi, you could try a steroid creame, I think betametasone is recommended but you might go see your GP first.

Sometimes the cream and stretching might help.

In my case I suffered for about 18 years and it progressed to pinhole phimosis

I could stretch but if I stopped I went back to where I started.

Ended up having a circumsision 5 weeks ago.

Best of luck on your journey and hopefully you can avoid surgery.

I tried everything all the creams the stretching devices nothing worked after around 3 months I decided to go to Turkey on a medical holiday spent 500 euro on the opp, best thing I have ever done. I am impressed and the Mrs loves it.

its most common condition for diabetes people had better to consult with Doctor and if required go for circumcision.

Diabetes will probably be an issue.

Go see your Doc' and discuss options, do not have surgery on the basis of what someone has replied to your query.

Hey Man you should go back to your doctor maybe a different cream or strength might help, but ultimately with diabetes this will be a long-term condition and may well affect your foreskin continually.

You need to get circumcised. That will solve the problem immediately.
