Tight Foreskin

So I have this problem about my foreskin because its hole on top is too small I can't urinate well.

How do I solve this thing.

Hi Man, it sounds like you have quite a severe case of phimosis you should consult with your doctor first to rule out any underlying conditions they may suggest stretching your foreskin and prescribe some steroid cream which would help. you could do the stretches that nowhard has suggested above but be careful you don't want to cause more scaring so take it slowly.

If none of these work then circumcision would be your best option. But go to your doctor first. All the best

Talk to your GP about getting circumcised. Stretching rarely helps and can make things worse.

You only imagine that. I've never met intact men who would willingly give up their foreskin. Those who were circumcised in ignorance, at the advice of physicians, have been overwhelmingly very regretful of their decisions. Your own claim is common among those suffering from body dysmorphic disorder.

Many men are going for cosmetic circumcisions. I'm one of them, and there have been others here. Circumcision clinics exist in many cities, providing cosmetic circumcisions for uncircumcised men. I won't list any here because of possible harassment from intactivists.

Every woman I've met since my circumcision has said it looks great, and that the area where the skin is joined together looks very. Some had seen it before, and just about all say the same thing about the circumcision improving the appearance. I've been asking women here in California that I meet, and also on dating sites, what they like. Their preference, and almost all, even the ones who say it doesn't matter much, will say they prefer a circumcised penis. I'm sure women in other places as well, prefer a penis that is circumcised, once they're seen a few, in places where it's not as common.

I had a similar problem and the urologist had to use a sound to make it larger. Hurt for a few minutes but fixed the issue.

Those are among the best circumcision web sites online. They provided the information I needed in helping me with my circumcision, just last week. It's the anti-circumcision activists with the fetishes, a fetish for foreskins. No major medical organization anywhere in the world supports their anti-science positions. They're just on a mission to end circumcision.

I always suggest the guys talk with their doctors, and the advice is from medically sound circumcision information websites. The rest is from my own personal experience with getting circumcised. It's only been 8 days since, so there will be more to come.

By your description it sounds like you have phimosis. This varies in it’s severity by individual, e.g. some guys are able to retract their foreskin to a degree when flaccid but not erect while others aren’t able to retract at all and are never likely to be able to.

In the less severe cases it may be possible to progressively stretch the foreskin over a period of a few months. In the UK and under doctors supervision this would be assisted with the application of a topical steroid cream to thin the skin slightly to ease the stretching process.

In your instance you say the opening is so small it interferes with urination. That suggests you have an extremely tight foreskin and it’s fairly certain attempting to stretch it wide enough would not be easy to achieve and may prove to be a false hope.

Some on here will say that you should consider surgery while others will argue it isn’t necessary. All appear to have missed a very important detail - that inability to urinate properly. Are you ‘spraying‘ and making a mess or not voiding completely?

Without knowing any further detail, if it’s the latter then this issue alone could have serious implications for your health in the longer term. On that basis I would urge you to seek professional advice from a doctor and go with their recommended course of treatment. It might save you from becoming very poorly if you continue as you are.
