Covid vaccination

Hi
Iāve got my Covid vaccine on Thursday so canāt specifically talk about that one, but I did get almost the exact same reaction to my flu jab in September as your picture shows. I just kept a close eye on it, but it did take roughly 3-4 weeks for the redness and swelling to go down completely. If itās making you feel really unwell then perhaps ring 111 for advice
I figured itās the autoimmune reaction, and having lupus it looks quite exasperated on our skin. X
I have had this in the past with a flu vaccine. Not recently though. I have SLE and take mycophenolate and hydroxychloroquine. The lump eventually went away on its own.
Hi I have had a reaction in the past to the flu jab exactly the same , I had to sit with ice cubes on it for a few hours it was that hot & swollen.. it disappeared a day later , the nurse said it was a common reaction and nothing concerning , I havenāt had the Covid injection yet
