Myo-inositol increasing TSH?
Hello, wondering if anyone has experience of taking myo-inositol and any impact on their TSH please? I’ve been taking it for 4 months for PCOS, TSH was 1.1 just before I started and is now 4.8 (T3 and T4 within range). I read up on it before I started and the (limited) research indicated it could be

Inositol?
Hi everyone!I've recently had a scan of my ovaries and I'm awaiting the results from the doctor. The man who was doing the scan said that volume was normal but he reckons I have PCOS due to the amount of follicles on the ovaries. Obviously I'm still primarily waiting for what the doctor says. I believe

Unlocking the Maze of B Complexes: A Handy List for Safe Dosages and Bioactive Vitamins
It can be quite challenging to find reliable B-complex supplements that are safe in terms of dosage. Additionally, it is advisable to opt for bioactive vitamins for added safety. To help each other out, I have started compiling a list categorized into low, medium, and high dosages of B6 and B9, which

Help with PCOS inositol supplements (trying to conceive!)
Hi all! I've been diagnosed with PCOS in my teens. I had most of the symptoms on the list, no periods, acne, hirsutism, heavy bleeding when periods deign to appear. I lost count of how many different pills I took and had most of their side effects (apart from blood clots thankfully!). It got to a point

Miscarriage and missed periods
Hello, About 8/9 years ago I was told I had PCOS, just one ovary, it never massively effected me maybe only with weight gain, and some irregular periods, mostly just a longer cycle of around 35 days. I eventually went on the pill, which regulated my periods, and then coming off them I was still very

What's The Best Way To Take IP6 Inositol?
What is the best way to take

Inositol
to ensure it works optimally in the body? Also, since it touted to have a very positive effect on the immune system, if it can be taken with other supplements, would those be like medicinal mushrooms and/or Beta Glucans?

Hi. I've just had the results from my Medichecks "Ultimate Performance" test and I am really very concerned. I took the blood test first thing in the morning after fasting and avoided levothyroxine for 24hrs. The excellent accompanying letter (from a female GP) strongly indicates PCOS which seems
