Hey everyone, just wanted to know if anyone has any experience on high dose of d-chiro inositol (1000mg/per day) for pcos. I have been prescribed this before sometime from my gynaecologist back home. But I just want to know for sure as every where I only see 300-500 mg per day. Thanks in advance.
