Miscarriage and missed periods

Hello,

About 8/9 years ago I was told I had PCOS, just one ovary, it never massively effected me maybe only with weight gain, and some irregular periods, mostly just a longer cycle of around 35 days.

I eventually went on the pill, which regulated my periods, and then coming off them I was still very regular.

Recently I got pregnant very quickly, but unfortunately had a miscarriage at 7 weeks. No one seemed concerned about the PCOS when mentioned.

I have had one period after my miscarriage but my next one is now about 11 days late, I took multiple pregnancy tests around 2-5 days late and all were negative.

I just wondered if a missed period was due to the miscarriage knocking the cycle out, or could it be PCOS related?

Also any tips to get this period going as we really want to try again, or even fertility tips but obviously without my period it’s making me worry then that I’m not ovulating. I’m taking some tablets with inositol metformin to help.

Or any stories of hope after miscarriage!! :)
