Hey everyone, just wanted to know if anyone has any experience on high dose of d-chiro inositol (1000mg/per day) for pcos. I have been prescribed this before sometime from my gynaecologist back home. But I just want to know for sure as every where I only see 300-500 mg per day. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I'm not sure about dosage but I did want to mention that the d-chiro version of inositol is quite controversial. You may want to do your own research/get a second opinion about taking it. I have pcos as well and chose to take just inositol instead of the mix with d-chiro.
It Starts with The Egg book warns about d-chiro inositol. Would they prescribe myo-inositol instead, which has been proven to help with PCOS?
