Inositol?

Hi everyone!I've recently had a scan of my ovaries and I'm awaiting the results from the doctor.

The man who was doing the scan said that volume was normal but he reckons I have PCOS due to the amount of follicles on the ovaries. Obviously I'm still primarily waiting for what the doctor says.

I believe all bloods came back normal in relation to PCOS however I have all the clinical symptoms.

I have Pernicious Anaemia and hypothyroidism also.

I was wondering about people's experience with Inositol as it aids losing weight? I have struggled with this for a long time, no matter what I do I just cannot shift any weight.

Any advice is welcome, thank you!

inositol didn’t work for myself, but I’ve cut all free sugars out and the weight is finally shifting.

I found no benefit from taking it unfortunately. Definitely no weight loss. Interestingly, I also have hypothyroidism and pernicious anaemia.
