isolated waking headache
Have tried
indomethacin
and recently candastartan which I had to stop as it caused angiodema . Neurologist said maybe try lithium next but she’s not sure it’s hypnic headache as didn’t respond to caffeine . My question is does anyone relate to these nighttime / headaches ?

Indomethacin - resenisitize to Enza
In a preclinical study indo seems to resensitize to Enza by blocking CRXR7 thus indirectly AR-V7. The trial was started in 2018, results should be known in July 2023. Does anybody know anything from that trial? I just rechallenged with Enza bringing PSA down from 7 to 0.5, if adding cheap indo prevents

Pain Medication after Laparoscopy
Due to my other medical issues I can’t take any NSIADS including: ibuprofen, naproxen, diclofenac, celecoxib, mefenamic acid, etoricoxib &
indomethacin
. I normally take just cocodamol and rest when having bad flare ups. Along with expensive medical patches to sooth the areas.

Oy, so many on here also suffer from upper GI issues ie reflux, heartburn, gastritis and there's a pretty good treatment - Zinc L-Carnosine
In vivo studies used a rat model of gastric damage (
indomethacin
/restraint) and a mouse model of small-intestinal (
indomethacin
) damage. Oral ZnC decreased gastric (75% reduction at 5 mg/mL) and small-intestinal injury (50% reduction in villus shortening at 40 mg/mL; both p < 0.01).

Polyunsaturated oils, linoleic acid, pumpkin seed oil and other oils impact on prostate cancer tumor growth... Fisetin use? Your thoughts?
Besides avoiding PUFA, aspirin and
indomethacin
are common prostaglandin inhibitors.

Anyone taken indometacin for Endo?
Hi, I was diagnosed with stage 4 endo 2 years ago and had a laparoscopy to excuse the endo they could. Since then I have been on the combined pill and just taking cocodamol and naproxen for the pain while on my period. My latest period has been unbearable struggling to walk or sit up without being in

Sorry not heart related but looking for advice.
I know this isn’t heart related, just looking for a bit of advice. I’ve got occipital neuralgia ( sharp head pain cause by occipital nerve at the back of the head) and I was put on a two week trial of indometacin which is a really strong NSAID, the tablets worked and I was told by my neurologist not
