My gp has prescribed me 25mg indometacin , 1 or 2 three times a day . It’s been over a week since I started taking them , I’ve been building up the dose gradually , just wondered if anyone else has tried these and if it helped .

No sorry, can't help. It can take a while for some medications to fully work.
