Weird post ablation

Hi guys. I had a cardiac ablation for Afib on 4/21/21. Immediately after the surgery I had a hematoma in the abdomen. That was painful but not a big deal. 5 days later started getting what feels like jolts of shocks to my chest usually in the center. I feel it more when I lay down at night or just relax my body totally. It starts in the center of my chest above my sternum or just to the left of it and feels like it is twitching or flip flopping. Then when fully relaxed a "jolt" or a severe jerk will come. I can't sleep, b/c when relaxed the jolts just keep coming. My mid back to the right of my spine sometimes tingles and my left shoulder sometimes burns. Nothing is showing on the holtor monitor or EKG's. I have been to the ER several times. I have slept 32 hours total out of the last 11 days. I am being treated for Coronary Artery Spasms but the medication is not working, so they do not think it is that. They are having me see a Neurologist and GI doctor next week. I saw a Thoracic doctor to do a Phrenic Nerve damage test. That is being done next Tuesday, but he does not think it is that. My EP doctor that did the ablation is stumped. He said maybe it is Pericarditis and that b/c the ablation took 4 hours vs. an hour b/c they had to burn so many places that it could be inflammation pushing on something or just inflammation. I am taking Colchicine and Ibuprofen, and was on Prednisone. He is going to try Indomethacin. Any pointers to steer me in the right direction would be great. It is very very odd and really bothering me. Thank you!
