We had some left over cooked spaghetti so I fried up some garlic, chilli and onion in olive oil then added cherry tomatoes, the cooked pasta and salt and pepper. Then I divided it into two pans and added cooked crab to mine and a tin of tuna to my husband’s (he is allergic to crabs) and some parsley. We served it with some grated Parmesan.
The crabs were caught from our jetty. The cherry tomatoes were from a friend’s garden and the chillies and parsley were from our daughter's garden. A bit if a team effort 😉.

Your spaghetti looks really tasty. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Lovely that it was a team effort too.

Those both look wonderful but really annoying for me, on the grounds that I had had planned spaghetti for today and would have loved to try one of them, but found your post too late, so opted for a carbonara with the cherry tomatoes on top. But next time, I'm going for the crab version! Sadly mine will have to come from the fish counter in my local store and not my local jetty, but I can dream, can't I? 😊👍
I hope you enjoy it when you do. We are lucky to have crabs on our doorstep and my husband has a boat so catches fresh fish and squid (which he can eat). We also get a feed of mussels every now and again too. Our neighbour gives me crayfish (lobster) from time to time as well. Good seafood is so expensive to buy but I guess if you add the boat costs and fuel, ours isn't too cheap either 😁
Lol no, perhaps not ultimately but how wonderful to have fish and shellfish so fresh Kas747! I’m deeply envious! 😀
