Tonight I made a soup with organic mushrooms and onions with garlic spices. I lightly cooked the onions and mushrooms in olive oil to soften added some cold water with a desert spoon of gram flour and some low salt bouillon approx 400ml blended it added some soy cream and cooked it gently, I put a little parsley on top.
I enjoyed it, it is very easy to make has plenty of flavour and is gluten free and plant based.
Apparently today is one of the busiest shopping days of the year and tomorrow is the shortest day so it's onwards and upwards from then on...well thats the plan. π
Your mushroom soup sounds wonderfully creamy. I don't know if youβve tried (or like the flavour?!) of tarragon which goes really well with mushrooms. βΊοΈ
Any chance of a more detailed recipe for this please? I miss mushroom soup but now I have discovered soya cream I'd like to give it a go. If possible, thank you.

Hey happytulip i made this a year ago, I use just under one level teaspoon of low salt bouillon and around 2 desert spoons of cream as I donβt follow specific recipes just know what works fir me.
