Here's what I had for dinner tonight I cooked a cauliflower some quinoa and red lentils, I cooked diced onion in olive oil and when they were soft I added a little more olive oil some gram flour to thicken and then added whole milk and grated strong cheddar cheese. I put the cauliflower quinoa lentils into a casserole dish and added the sauce and baked until it was golden and bubbling.
