just plain sparkling water with a squeeze of lemon. Personally I never drink drinks like coke etc. I consider than an absolute no no
To get off soda, I also would switch to sparkling water with lemon/lime or strawberries. Good you are caring about your health!
I’m trying to lose weight. I try to eat high fiber, vegs, fruit, beans, nuts and oats. No wheat and no sugar. Also it helps me to stop eating at 6pm, then not eat again until 9am- 15hrs fasting. That is the ideal plan. But.. family has been visiting so eating is all over the place!
I’m trying to get back on the no wheat, no sugar. One day at a time.
