Good evening everyone, this is what I cooked for my tea tonight. I like goats dairy products and I saw on another post a member say they only used goats milk and yoghurt which’s my favourite yoghurt too. So I thought I'd make a cheese bake using just goats/sheep dairy products. I love feta as well as its a lovely flavoursome cheese.
I cooked veg including, white onion, garlic, green beans, chilli, mushrooms and chick peas. The sauce I made melting goats butter then added the quinoa flour mixing to a paste, then the goats milk and finally the goats cheese and some parsley and baked with some potatoes and vine tomatoes. Quinoa flour is gluten free and healthy but you could use any plain flour.
