Abdominal pain

I began taking naproxen for back problems. Now I have upper abdominal pain and constipation. Is this normal?

Have you talked with your doctor about the side effects that could happen before started taking the medication?

you definitely need to mention it to your doctor about your abdominal pain with the Naproxen. Are you taking it with or just after food?

I was put on them for Pericarditis to try and help get rid of the inflammation. However, they are anti-inflamatories and are known to cause problems with your stomach. When I took them I was given something else to take with it to try and protect my stomach. Speak to your Dr,

I have started these tablets and been taking them for just over a month, I also was given Lanzaprasole to protect my stomache.
