I made these to have with a salad tonight. I made them by cooking quinoa and red lentils together, I gently cooked diced chestnut mushrooms onion chilli and garlic in olive oil to soften. When the quinoa and lentils were cooked I added to the veg then added gram flour to make into a thick dough. I coated them in sesame seeds and gently cooked the burgers in olive oil. It would be great in a bun as well. π
It's gluten free and plant based so ticks the free from box and is nutritious which's neat for a burger...π
