Hi everyone,
Here's some burgers I made earlier and am going to cook later. I cooked some red lentils with some red quinoa and added that to white onions cooked in olive oil to soften with hot chilli sweet yellow peppers and ground ginger and black pepper. I used ground linseeds and chia seeds to bind it, left it and shaped it.
To me this is real free from food as itβs gluten free, plant based and packed with nutrients...and I'm going to eat them...π
