I'm new to HealthUnlocked and the Healthy Eating community. I suffer with intolerances, blood sugar problems and struggle a lot with my energy levels.
Over the past year or so I've been putting quite a lot of work into trying to be a healthier eater, but sometimes struggle to find the motivation and inspiration to keep going and try new things to find what works for me.
It's also not something I particularly have any support in working on, so hoping that being here will help.

Please feel free to continue to post postings and comments of your own and to other member's postings/comments as replies, take the polls on the Polls section, ask questions, attend the monthly meetings (held one weekend a month-- usually Saturdays), take a look at the Topics section for different suggestions/ideas and of course, meet the rest of the group members!
