I am new here so I just wanted to say hello! I am a full time student with only 8 weeks left until graduation woohoo!! 🎉 School is extremely stressful and fast passed so I don’t always have the time or motivation to make the healthiest choices or work out. What do you guys do to stay motivated? Any tips or tricks? Thank you!!

For my lunches at work I make all of them on the sunday evening, it means it's done in one go so I don't have to worry about it for the rest of the week, you can freeze or keep them in the fridge.
As for exercising, maybe if you have clothes you wear for it you could get them ready the night before so that it is one less chore for you to do.
It's not much advice but I hope it helps you even a little bit.
