Enjoying some matcha this afternoon!

There are so many benefits to drinking Matcha! Here are a few;

1. When you drink matcha you ingest the entire leaf and receive 100% of the nutrients from the leaves.

2. Matcha powdered green tea has 137 times more antioxidants than regularly brewed green tea.

3. One cup of matcha = 10 cups of regularly brewed green tea in terms of nutritional content.

4. Boosts metabolism and burns calories

5. Detoxifies effectively and naturally

6. Calms the mind and relaxes the body

7. Is rich in fiber, chlorophyll, and vitamins

8. Enhances mood and aids in concentration

9. Provides vitamin c, selenium, chromium, zinc, and magnesium

10. Can prevent disease

11. Lowers cholesterol and blood sugar

While there are many ways to enjoy matcha you should try the traditional way at least once! Matcha is traditionally enjoyed in a bowl not a cup, with NO sugars OR milk added just the pure matcha!
