life ever changing

my life has been making many twists and turns for me the later part of this year. I decided I could allow fear to parilize me or simply go with the flow. I chose the later. Does this mean no knots in my tummy-NO! It does mean upheaval and big change always has my planning brain in overload. Taking my own advice I’m staying mindful of this moment in time.

That's great you have changed your mindset to " go with the flow"

Working with it and through it can loosen the knots a bit and not prolong the feelings

Wishing you the best as you make this positive change

I am very sorry you are going through so much this year, Lindyloo.

Your idea of going with the flow is a great inspiration.

I know how tough things are and resisting/fighting can add extra stress.

I hope that you find confirmation that you are going towards the right path and things will be okay xx <3

I believe it is excellent that you are taking this "mindful" approach. I found a counselor who introduced me to the "non-judgement" thinking pattern. Rather than feeling reactive to what others say to me, or reactive to situations, I work to focus on re-directing my energy to "let things pass through me..." and let them just "be.". It's the first time I've felt an actual change in my level of anxiety, anger and even crying. Fight or flight are still here, just a more manageable reaction due to mindful awareness. Good work choosing the path of "flow" when you are faced with adversity.! It's not always simple. But I find it works for the good!
