Do you think you’re alone? These thousands on this app. I know you’re feeling down but guess what, you’re not the only one!

Go for a walk. Take 10 deep breaths. Go get ice cream. Play with your kids. Spend time with your family. Download a game app. Read a book. Take in a new hobby. Eat your favorite food,, drink your favorite drink. Watch your favorite movie. Sing your favorite song.

You are unique and worthy so please don’t forget it. 🙂
