the thoughts got really bad this past weekend but today they seemed to have disappeared until I got back home. Is anyone else in this repeated cycle of goodbye to bad everyday?

hi Princesscharlie, yes, I relate very much. Almost daily, have to do things that are positive and think on things that are positive to focus on the positive.
Every day there are challenges and thoughts can get negative. Then have to see this and remember to do things and think on things that are positive, read things or watch positive things....or be near a tree...

I'm not sure if this is what you mean, but my thoughts can come on REALLY strongly and then disappear all of a sudden. It's exhausting to have this back-and-forth.
