yes definetly, traffick, construction sites, people on their cell phones--it drives me insane
Yep. I keep headphones on me and just crank the music up. People in general talking can get me worked up 😹.

Everything you mentioned, planes, cars, the only soothing is nature like crickets, frogs, birds, wind in trees
