Yoga for intention

I find yoga in the morning at home to help re-align my energy. Even if I am feeling absolutely horrible and have no motivation. At worst, it calms me. At best, it makes me feel like I can start my day without hating on myself.

Fantastic post thanks for sharing

I did yoga for over 10 years almost every day but after my divorce, I stopped. I really miss the stretching and stress relief.

It is funny. I worked out with my old WII game system. The gaming system has a few different yoga/palates instruction DVDs that helped me track my progress and motivate me. The WII has a special balance board to help with the exercises.

I really do not know why I stopped practicing yoga. I started a few times but I could not keep it up. I am stuck with it. Yoga is great for people with PTSD and I know it was beneficial for me. Maybe one day I will do it again.
