Started the New Year with a wake-up call big time, flu and exhaustion...pile-on. Luckily, stopped in my tracks and cleared away stress triggers with loving support at home and primary care physician. Prozac stopped working effectively...now using Citalopram with great success...yay! Lessons learned for this 69 year-old dude who became way over extended as a community leader...with a passion. Balance is so critical. Standing strong now in a healty reset mode...feeling happy, rested, blessed, and grateful...
