hi all

hi, new to this site. Have very bad PTSD. Feel it right now, adrenaline running through me. Need to calm down. Glad to have found this site. My boyfriend will be here in three hours, scared, got triggered last night again and really want to and need to be calm when he is here. Or at least be able to explain my need to lie still with no noise and no movement for hours or days! That is what it takes sometimes. And mindfulness, very slow movement.

    Glad you're here. I think you'll find a lot of support for the adrenaline rushes you're experiencing, and other PTSD symptoms. It sounds like you're doing some great work already in knowing you've been triggered, and knowing what you need to do in order to take care of yourself. Keep sharing, and let others help!
