Today was good. Did some studying about trauma and I have ideas about moving forward and all off of the sudden I hit that brick wall of "Frozen." It's frustrating.

I need to thaw out my brain.

I have found that sometimes music can thaw me. Maybe you can think about trying that.

Hey thanks for the reply. Yes it does help. It's something that I must work through.

So true. I'm trying to be gentle. I'm a former high achiever, so the type a personality show up. I learning to deal at a much slower pace then I'm used to.
