Head injuries
I fell 2 months ago, and the neurologist fond small cracks on my brain. He went in and cleaned it up, but one side healed and the other side didn't. I am in so much pain and I have to wait until the end of December for more treatment. I just need to know what can I do for the pain until then.

Left Basilar Atelectasis and consolidation, elevation of left hemidiaphragm
Your experience with atelectasis and consolidation including elevated diaphragm? Pulmonologist much better than thoracic surgeon I'm guessing? My primary referred me to thoracic surgeon for new 12mm lung nodule. The surgeon (seems very highly rated, lots of experience) said the nodule was not suspicious

Back/pelvis/hip pain?
A month or 2 ago, I got a new dog, he's bigger than my previous dog and he pulls on the lead. And I got stressed adapting to the change. Somewhere soon after that I picked up a bug, and the PMR "buzzing" in my shoulders, arms and calves popped back. Not really painful but aware of "the bucket" I stopped

Polyneuropathy.
I treat my polyneuropathy with B6 and B12. GracePV shared their experience with B6, B12 nd B1. This inspired me to revisit my self treatment of my polyneuropathy. I came across information about Benfotiamine which is similar to Thiamine Hydrochloride and Thiamine Nitrate. There are indications

Concussion to Suicidal, a scary thing!
I know depression is common with
head
injuries
. I am really struggling and having suicidal thoughts daily. I hate it. It's not ME! I am normally happy go lucky! This stuff is so hard! I have reached out to 988 a couple times and they have been so helpful.

Bit old fashioned...
I discovered that a castor oil pack really helps with knee pain. It's horrible sticky oil, but it works topically (for me at least). I have bad memories of this stuff from my childhood. Any hint of sickness and out came the bottle. I would not recommend injesting it! š¤® it's better than the deep heat

Actinic Keratosis
Good morning from the US of A, Yesterday I received notification from a scalp biopsy I had done last week that the sore on the top of my head is Actinic Keratosis. In researching it I found it is due to ultra violet ray exposure and it is pre cancerous. I mentioned to the Dermatologist that I have been

Am I too late?
I phoned the Headway helpline first, to ask about
head
injuries
and the effects. The lady I spoke to was really nice. I was on the phone for long time asking a lot of questions, as I have no idea about
head
injuries
even though Iāve had one.
