Any experiences surgery at Ross Hall Glasgow?
My surgery is very soon with Dr
Hawthorn
and I'm getting nervous. Been told I'll only be in one night, doesnt sound much. DIE to be excised, slight bowel adhesion, ovaries stuck together and multiple cysts to be removed. It all sounds terrifying!

The Best thing about Memories? They belong to me...
I shall not see their small friskers this time around...but will know, in my mind's eye, exactly where they will be gathered together under a sheltering
hawthorn
tree.

The benefits of walking

Side effects of baby aspirin
I take a supplement of
hawthorn
to stabilize my blood pressure, and a supplement of burdock root and vitamin D3 to support overall health and the immune system. All of this is working well at the moment.

HU Spring 10K - Just About
And the
hawthorn
is in full flower. |Spring is here, and summer is approaching. The photo is a montage taken on the lane into the woods on my short cooldown walk. The leaves of the field maples are a lovely fresh bright green, I think there will be a good showing of elderflower.

The smell of
hawthorn
and other trees lovely as I pass by. Once again I was feeling strong and running smoothly. All the walking with my neighbour has made a difference.

Off topic - On being assaulted
The attack consisted of him dragging me and pinning me to the ground, repeatedly strangling me so I couldn't breathe, dragging me along the ground, banging my head of the concrete, throwing me against my wife's car and shoving my face in
hawthorn
hedge.

Just started Bisoprolol and Apixaban
Up until the weekend I'd self-medicated for those 20 yrs using
Hawthorn
which had worked really well. Also, up until Saturday the hoopla that my heart goes through although uncomfortable and worrying, had been painless.

Solgar Hawthorn Berry Capsules ? Has anybody taken these ?
Does anybody take any of these capsules? I would really like to hear from people, as to how the capsules helped them and how they got on with them ? I recently started to take the Solgar 484mg Berry Powder . They stopped my symptoms immediately. Ie:- Palpitations, (mostly in the night), occasional fast

Sunday’s Poem ~ Lucy Gray by William Wordsworth
Then downwards from the steep hill's edge They tracked the footmarks small; And through the broken
hawthorn
hedge, And by the long stone-wall; And then an open field they crossed: The marks were still the same; They tracked them on, nor ever lost; And to the bridge they came.

I noted that
hawthorn
berries are an ingredient. I consider
hawthorn
leaf and flower, which I had been taking for a heart condition, exacerbate the tinnitus and wondered if the berries would alleviate it. I decided to obtain some at the next opportunity.

Everything you need, is already inside you... Believe it...
As I ran on along by the
Hawthorn
hedge behind the school, I thought of days bringing my own children to this school… days long past now; happy thoughts, but as some of you who have known me for a while, know, mingled with the merest trace of sadness.

PACs
I’ve tried magnesium (taurate, glycinate, & citrate), potassium, taurine, d-ribose, CoQ10, cut out caffeine, electrolyte powders,
hawthorn
, motherwort, and even beta blockers (metoprolol and propranolol). Nothing has truly decreased the burden.

Perfect!
The impression that’s strongest today are the smells, bluebells, primroses,
hawthorn
, daisies, cowslips and dandelions all mixed in with the freshness of the river, the path gravelly but even, doesn’t make for fastest running but steady. at around the 2k mark I started thinking about toast!

I take
hawthorn
/magnesium glycinate/taurine/CoQ10 daily. Had my first episode this year in June and thought it was strangely a lighter episode than usual. Then 2 wks later another "light" episode that lasted just a few hrs and was able to count heartrate and was 112.
