Hawthorn

I had read before about Hawthorn berry extract so decided to give it a shot before I started on any anti-arrhythmic drug. I already take L-carnitine, CoQ10. taurine, magnesium and potassium, a full aspirin and a multivitamin.

I am taking hawthorn which helps a bit, cardiac nurse is trying to see what else I can do but not heard back for 4 months, just feel forgotten Sorry long post Can I live ok like this ? Do others live ok I just carry on as if I don’t have it.

My surgery is very soon with Dr Hawthorn and I'm getting nervous. Been told I'll only be in one night, doesnt sound much. DIE to be excised, slight bowel adhesion, ovaries stuck together and multiple cysts to be removed. It all sounds terrifying!

A little bit of sunshine remaining, but it was cool and pleasant between the trees and mostly hawthorn hedges lining the fields either side - just a few horses watching me curiously. Slightly easier than the last run, to start with.

I take magnesium taurate/CoQ10/taurine/hawthorn daily and take extra magnesium/hawthorn when I have an episode.

I shall not see their small friskers this time around...but will know, in my mind's eye, exactly where they will be gathered together under a sheltering hawthorn tree.

-Hawthorn berry or magnesium to stop rls immediately in an emergency but it eventually you wont need it. I saw had miserable RLS for 15 years and not even the famous DR. B,(you know who I’m talking about) could help me.

I take a supplement of hawthorn to stabilize my blood pressure, and a supplement of burdock root and vitamin D3 to support overall health and the immune system. All of this is working well at the moment.

ready at 10 this morning, so out the door we went and walked, along the road, talking about the flowers we saw in front gardens, through the park, round the lake and back through the old golf course, we heard birds singing in the trees, fluffy ducklings in the lake, flowers and smelt the wet grass and hawthorn

And the hawthorn is in full flower. |Spring is here, and summer is approaching. The photo is a montage taken on the lane into the woods on my short cooldown walk. The leaves of the field maples are a lovely fresh bright green, I think there will be a good showing of elderflower.

The smell of hawthorn and other trees lovely as I pass by. Once again I was feeling strong and running smoothly. All the walking with my neighbour has made a difference.

The attack consisted of him dragging me and pinning me to the ground, repeatedly strangling me so I couldn't breathe, dragging me along the ground, banging my head of the concrete, throwing me against my wife's car and shoving my face in hawthorn hedge.

Up until the weekend I'd self-medicated for those 20 yrs using Hawthorn which had worked really well. Also, up until Saturday the hoopla that my heart goes through although uncomfortable and worrying, had been painless.

* Alternate between 75 and 88 mcg (doing it now, but another episode of HBP and high pulse last night and a more severe one) * Split the dose am and PM * Take Holy basil, hawthorn extract, calming herbs, homeopathy, etc.

Does anybody take any of these capsules? I would really like to hear from people, as to how the capsules helped them and how they got on with them ? I recently started to take the Solgar 484mg Berry Powder . They stopped my symptoms immediately. Ie:- Palpitations, (mostly in the night), occasional fast

But Im also considering getting Hawthorn Berry tablets. Just wondering if anyone on here has used them. My highest blood pressure was 155/115 early September. My BP this morning 126/91 Thanks sorry if I went on a bit

I’m stage 4 CKD with High blood pressure I read on line that some teas (green, nettle, hibiscus, hawthorn) are good for kidney/HBP. Have you tried this?

As I ran on along by the Hawthorn hedge behind the school, I thought of days bringing my own children to this school… days long past now; happy thoughts, but as some of you who have known me for a while, know, mingled with the merest trace of sadness.
